Vision
A Singapore equestrian community, with a deep interest in horses and horse sports, a culture of learning, excellence, and achievement, and a strong sense of compassion and welfare, voluntarism and public service.
Mission
To develop Singapore as a Sports Hub, and a centre for sports excellence and industry, through the development of Equestrian and Para-Equestrian Sport.
To make Singapore a centre for regional and international-level competitions, education, and training in the equestrian sports.
To play an active role in international sport federations, and to position Singapore as a leading country in international sport.
To grow a strong Singapore equestrian community through outreach, opportunities and high participation amongst the public.
To create a vibrant and exciting sports competition league, which promotes healthy competition, progress and achievement.
To create an Academy for the education and training of athletes, national teams, technical experts, and professionals.
To build a culture of self-improvement, discipline, progress, learning and achievement across all levels and age-groups.
To bolster the skills and standing of sports industry and professionals.
To continually raise the standards and safety of the sport and industry. To adopt new technology and raise the level of efficiency and productivity. To be forward-looking and adapt quickly to change.
To create Scholarships for promising youngsters.
To create a culture of compassion, voluntarism and service, helping the disabled and disadvantaged.
To ensure the welfare of all animals and the environment.
To create a cycle of progress, and renewal in which the community is constantly refreshed and regenerated, and where there is a healthy succession of leaders, administrators and sports champions over the years.
